Return & Exchange Policy
Any brand-new product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any item is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address written on the shipping label. Always first reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If you need to exchange your item for the same item (different size), email us at email@example.com.
To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can tell you the exact return address.
Except for customers living in Luxembourg, you will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
